If you're not happy with your order, please give us a yell within 14 days of the date you received it and I'll do by best to fix the problem. Be sure to check the size guide and care instructions before purchasing any product. Incorrect size returns must be in the same condition when shipped by Pinchbar, for a refund or exchange. Return postage cost is at buyers expense, unless Pinchbar is at fault.
